Lovefilm has announced that MTV, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central and other top US shows are now available to stream on Lovefilm Instant.
A deal with content owner Viacom means that Lovefilm subscribers can binge on episodes of hit shows including The Hills, Punk’d, and Jersey Shore plus its Toon-flavoured UK counterpart Geordie Shore.
Speaking of ‘toons, Spongebob Squarepants, Dora The Explorer and Blue’s Clues also available to keep younger eyes and brains entertained.

Lovefilm Instant is available on a number of platforms including Windows, Mac, iPad, Kindle Fire and Kindle Fire HD, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii and Wii U, as well as Samsung Smart TVs.
News of Viacom content landing on Lovefilm Instant arrives as VuTV announces that MTV and Comedy Central will be coming soon to Freeview HD, streamed over broadband connections. Pricing for VuTV has yet to be announced, so it’ll be interesting to see how it compares to Lovefilm Instant’s £5.99/month rate.
Lovefilm Instant also gives you access to exclusive shows like Vikings plus over 2,600 films and 1,100 TV titles.
