Sky TV customers can now catch up on UKTV’s pay entertainment channels Watch, Gold, Dave and Alibi.
The satellite platform has added the channels to its On Demand service meaning that viewers will be able to watch shows on the channels on their connected Sky+HD box or Sky Go.
The news follows the launch of catch up services for Watch, Gold, Dave and Alibi on Sky Go last year, meaning Sky TV customers can access UKTV’s entertainment shows like Dynamo: Magician Impossible and Dave Gorman’s Modern Life Is Goodish on their TV or on a multitude of devices, whenever and wherever they like.
Luke Bradley-Jones, Sky’s Brand Director of TV Products, said: “Watch, Gold, Dave and Alibi today join the UK’s biggest catch up TV service – offering customers content from 60 channels to watch when it suits them.
“It’s all part of our continued commitment to provide our customers with a great TV experience whenever and wherever they want it, all at no extra cost.”
The deal sees UKTV’s pay-TV channels made available across all Sky TV products. Watch Gold Dave and Alibi are the first channels from UKTV’s portfolio to launch catch up services on the platform.
It has also made available TV box sets from UKTV’s shows, with series such as Red Dwarf X, Murdoch Mysteries and Boston’s Finest available in the coming weeks.
