YouView viewers can now catch up with Quest shows from the backwards-scrolling programme guide or the On Demand menu.
The Discovery Network-owned channel broadcasts shows including How It’s Made, Salvage Hunters and Robson Green: Extreme Fisherman and will also stream new and exclusive shows including Hot and Dangerous with Omid Djalili.
Available today, Quest On Demand will let you catch up with programmes from the last seven days.
The apparently very blokey Quest comes to YouView on a catch-up basis not long after female-focussed channel ITVBe arrives.
Simon Downing head of channel at Quest: “Quest is one of the fastest growing free-to-air channels amongst men. Adding Quest On Demand to YouView will help more viewers enjoy the channel and its great content whenever it suits them.”
Quest also makes catch-up content available on its site but on YouView it sits next to other catch-up services including Dave On Demand, BBC iPlayer, 4oD, Really and Yesterday.
CEO of YouView Richard Halton said, “We’re delighted Quest has decided to launch its catch up player on YouView. This adds even more great on demand content to our seamless and easy to use TV service for our customers to enjoy.”
Quest is available on Freeview and YouView (channel 37, +1 38) Sky (channel 167, +1 195) and Virgin Media (channel 172, +1 173).
