An over the air (OTA) update from ASUS for its Transformer Pad TF300 officially started trickling out last Friday, but is now said to be rolling out to everyone.
Android Central reports the updated software is version 9.4.3.29 and brings some minor updates including boosting the WiFi and camera versions up and additional stability improvements. The device stays on Android 4.0.3 for the time being, but an update for that may be on its way.
In order to update the tablet, owners need to manually “check for update” via the tablets menu settings. The update should be due to hit the Transformer Pad TF300’s firmware page, but for now is absent.
On Friday Asus rolled out an update to the Asus EeePad Transformer TF101, which added Face Unlock. The company consistently updates its products.
