If you’re constantly lamenting your phone’s lack of bendibility, good news! LG’s G Flex 2 will be hitting the UK on March 19th as a Vodafone exclusive for six whole weeks.
We heard earlier this month that the G Flex 2, the latest bendy handset from the Korean heavyweight, would be a Voda exclusive for the first month and a half of its release. However, the phone’s release date remained a mystery until today, when Carphone Warehouse confirmed stock would go on sale on March 19th here in Blighty.
You can register your interest in the device right now on Carphone’s website, and pre-order the G Flex 2 from February 28th.
We went hands-on with the LG G Flex 2 at CES 2015 over in Vegas, and we’re impressed by the improvements LG has made to the original phone. While the first G Flex was a bit of a handful suffering from quite bland design (aside from the obvious), the G Flex 2 fits perfectly into the hand and looks a lot more slick. Sadly there’s no metallic-style finish like the G3, but the glossy body is lovable enough.
You get a Full HD screen now, plus Qualcomm’s nippy new Snapdragon 810 processor and a 13-megapixel camera.
