The football league have announced the launch of their official Football League Clubs app for Android, after racking up some 350,000 downloads of its iOS version.
Available now on the Android Market for the 2011/2012 season, the app lets fans track their team’s highs and lows with news, match scores, fixtures, league positions, stats, player profiles and access to the official Football League podcast.
For an additional subscription fee (£1.49 per month, £7.49 for six months, £12.99 per year) true die-hards also get access to premium content including videos, newscasts, match highlights and Google Maps integration – meaning no more missed away games because you couldn’t find the pesky stadium.
