The patent wars continue: Nokia files another suit against Apple

Less than a week has passed since Nokia lost a five patent infringement suit against Apple but already the Finnish company is at it again.

Nokia’s VP of intellectual property Paul Melin explained that “Our latest ITC filing means we now have 46 Nokia patents in suit against Apple, many filed more than 10 years before Apple made its first iPhone”

Clearly Nokia is a regular at the International Trade Commission offices, their latest suit against Apple relating to infringement on “multi-tasking operating systems, data synchronization, positioning, call quality and the use of Bluetooth accessories.”

If that wasn’t enough the Finnish company also has pending court cases with Apple in Britain, Germany, the Netherlands and the United States.
