Could
be launching a new Windows Phone handset in January at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas and will it be the Lumia 900?
Nokia doesn’t traditionally launch handsets at CES, but an invitation has gone out to media inviting them to a press conference for the latest news from Nokia, which takes place on January 9th.
We’re guessing it’s the Lumia 900, which has been the subject of various leaks over the last few months. If specifications are to be believed, it’s the bigger brother too the excellent Lumia 800, still running Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, but with a larger 4.3-inch screen.
Then a Swisscom employee stated over Twitter that it will be available in February and just last week a render of the Lumia 900 appeared in red – a version that attracted a lot of attention from you.
We’ll be attending CES in January, so hopefully we’ll be able to bring more news as soon as we get it.
