Catch-up services ITV Hub and All 4 are now available on all of Amazon’s Fire TV devices; including the 1st-gen box and the cheap as chips Sticks.
This means that every device from Amazon’s Fire TV range is now capable of delivering catch-up content from all four of the UK’s public service broadcasters via an Internet connection.
ITV Hub landed on the new 2015 edition of the Fire TV box last year while All 4 launched back in January. Now these services plus BBC iPlayer and My 5 – the new name for Demand 5 – are live and kicking across the entire Fire TV product range.

Add these to Amazon Video, Prime Video, Netflix, UKTV Play, YouTube, Vevo, Curzon Home Cinema and many more, and it’s clear that Fire TV customers can enjoy access to a vast and growing range of content.”
As well as these there’s TVPlayer, which lets you live stream much of the content you’d find on Freeview as well as get channels like Cartoon Network, Gold and TLC for £5/month. UKTV Play, which features content from Dave, Drama, Yesterday and Really, landed on Fire TV devices back in October.
The only jewel that’s really missing from the Fire TV crown is Now TV, which gives you access to the best Sky content without needing a dish, cable or an expensive pay TV subscription.
Amazon’s new Fire TV box, which lets you access 4K Ultra HD Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube content, costs £80 while the cheaper, smaller Fire TV Stick costs £30.
