Sky Movies Oscars: What’s on and how can I watch?

Sky Movies Oscars launches today in anticipation of the 88th Academy Awards ceremony that’s being broadcast live by Sky on February 28. 

To celebrate, Sky’s lined up an all-stat cast of movies for you to gorge yourselves on over the next few weeks – from today until March 6, Sky Movies Greats will be known as Sky Movies Oscars, home to over 140 movies, each one of them an Oscar winner.

While the great majority of them are available to watch as they’re broadcast and catch up on demand, you’ll only be able to watch some of the titles live and others will only be available on demand. 

If you spot any titles below that you don’t want to miss, be sure to set recordings on your set-top box, via either the Sky+, Virgin TV Anywhere or YouView apps. 

Sky Movies is available to add to Sky TV and Sky Q packages, Virgin Media TV subscriptions as well as BT TV and TalkTalk TV. If you don’t want to go down the pay TV route, you can also stream Sky Movies Oscars with a Now TV pass.
