If you want a taste of 3D TV at home, you could join the 10million who’ve logged in to Sony’s 3D Experience.
This on-demand streaming video service is available to anyone with a 3D TV and access to the Bravia Internet Video platform (also known as the Sony Entertainment Network).
It currently has more than 50 titles and is expanding to 100 titles by Spring 2012, including highlights from Sony Pictures Entertainment’s unreleased blockbuster titles such as The Amazing Spider-Man and Arthur Christmas.
Edd Uzzell, Sony home entertainment category development manager, said: “Consumers are not just looking for great electronics, they’re also after great entertainment experiences and Sony is in the perfect position to provide that.
“Sony Entertainment Network makes it easy to catch up with your favourite TV programmes or the best movies and music at the touch of a button and providing fast, free access to 3D content showcases the capabilities of the platform.”
Bravia Internet Video/Sony Entertainment Network is available on most Sony LCD TVs, Blu-ray Disc Players and Blu-Ray Disc Home Theatre Systems, and the PS3.
