Free Nokia E7, Windows Phone 7 and Nokia World tickets for developers

You heard it right, members of Forum Nokia Launchpad, got an email telling them they could expect to receive a yet-to-be-released Nokia E7, a Windows Phone 7, when they exist, and entry to Nokia’s Developer Summit, Nokia World- all for free.

According to The Nokia Blog, Launchpad was setup to “help accelerate development and elevate business visibility through Ovi store.”

The full email was leaked out to Slash Gear, they told members that they “have several new benefits to share with you today, intended to help accelerate your app business to reach the 225 million app-hungry Nokia smartphone owners worldwide today.”

“Nokia will continue to provide free Qt trainings (sp.) to help you learn how to make the most of this sophisticated cross-development platform… We are also excited to offer you one free admission to the next Nokia World/Nokia Developer Summit later this year. We will take care of the registration costs.”

Then, the best bit; “To assist you with your development activities in the near-term, we will ship one free Nokia E7 device to all program members. Additionally, we will send to you one free Nokia WP7 device, as soon as it becomes available.”

No date for that Nokia-made Windows Phone 7, sadly. Do you think if we signed up to be a member now, we could get in on the freebie action? Please?

We have also heard very reliable rumours that the Nokia E7, replete with slide-out keyboard, will finally be available in the next few weeks future. More concrete details when we have them.
