Shooting videos using a mobile phone can be a shaky affair. If you’re a keen mobile phone videographer then you might want to invest in a stabiliser but they’re not cheap and can cost up to £200. Alternatively, you could make your own stabiliser.
Today we stumbled across a Japanese blogger who has gone to great lengths to make a homemade iPhone stabiliser (video above). This ingenious contraption holds your iPhone steady while you walk about, or sit in a chair listening to Italian love songs.
According to the inventor, the homemade iPhone stabiliser cost around £14 to put together, which we think is a bargain. We got help from a Japanese friend to translate the blog but you can use Google Translate too for a simple translation.
