Vodafone has confirmed to us that it will be selling the HTC Desire S, Wildfire S and ChaCha. The three new phones, announced this morning, are part of HTC’s main Android line-up for 2011.
The HTC Desire S is the follow up to the Desire HD and the original Desire. It comes with two cameras (main: 5-megapixels, front: VGA) enabling video calls, and runs on Gingerbread.
The HTC Wildfire S too is a sequel, a successor to the best-selling HTC Wildfire. The Wildfire S is a mid-range handset with a 5-megapixel camera and will come in a range of colours.
One of HTC’s ‘Facebook phones’, the ChaCha features a full Qwerty keypad, a 2.6-inch touchscreen and a context-sensitive button that allows you to share links, check-in with Facebook Places and update your status on the go.
The red network hasn’t given us any further info regarding times or release dates for any of these phones; just confirmation that they’ll be arriving in the UK on Vodafone.
