Is this HTC’s 2010 phone portfolio?

If you’ve ever questioned how useful online forums are then take a look at the following pictures, posted to the XDA Developers forum yesterday. According to the person responsible for posting these images, this is HTC’s 2010 portfolio of products and includes a range of Android and Windows Mobile devices.

We can’t be sure that these pictures or specs are legit but they seem real enough. The post explains that they came from a presentation given by HTC in Vienna a few months ago, and that each handset is divided into four main categories, which include design and lifestyle, social, performance and productivity. The ‘Legend’ looks like the HTC Hero’s successor and apparently comes in a metallic frame, measuring just 11.4mm deep. It runs the HTC Sense interface and instead of a trackball, features an optical mouse. According to the information provided on the XDA Developer forum, this will be out in March 2010.

The ‘Salsa’ boasts a full Qwerty keypad, which we think looks a lot like the Nokia E61’s keypad, and it measures 8.6mm deep. It will apparently feature access to IM, Facebook and Twitter, and even have a pre-installed Flickr app. According to the information provided on the XDA Developer forum, this will be out in June 2010.

The ‘Tide’ offers similar features as the ‘Salsa’ and runs Android but doesn’t have a Qwerty keypad as you can see. According to the information provided on the XDA Developer forum, this will be out in April 2010.

Similar to the HTC Tattoo, the ‘Buzz’ lets you change its covers. It runs Android and boasts a 3.2-inch screen, 5-megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash. According to the information provided on the XDA Developer forum, this will be out in May 2010.

The HTC ‘Bravo’ is the successor to HTC Hero and runs Android on Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon platform. It boasts a 3.7-inch AMOLED screen, a 5-megapixel camera, supports 720p video recording and DivX playback. According to the information provided on the XDA Developer forum, this will be out in April 2010.

If you like the HTC HD2 then you’ll like the ‘Photon’. It runs on Windows Mobile 6.5 and boasts a 3.2-inch HVGA display and 5-megapixel camera. Inside you get a Snapdragon MSM7227 600Hz CPU and 256 RAM. According to the information provided on the XDA Developer forum, this will be out in April 2010.

Similar to the ‘Photon’, the HTC ‘Trophy’ runs on Windows Mobile 6.5 and boasts a 5-megapixel camera but its got a smaller screen and comes with a Qwerty keypad. According to the information provided on the XDA Developer forum, this will be out in May 2010.

Another Windows Mobile 6.5 device, the HTC ‘Tera’ packs a slide-out full Qwerty keypad,3.2MP Cam and 256 RAM.
