HTC One S video review

The HTC One S is the second in HTC’s One trio of Android smartphone in land in the UK, sitting between the high-end HTC One X and the HTC One V.

With two black and white finishes to choose from the HTC One S is the most striking phone in HTC’s line-up and arguably in the smartphone market. It’s also one of the toughest phones around, the white version is five times more durable than stainless steel, while the grey version is constructed from anodized metal.

Despite not being positioned as HTC’s flagship phone; the HTC One S has an incredibly impressive specification sheet – specs that just a few months ago would be considered class leading.

There’s a dual-core 1.5GHZ Snapdragon S4 processor, with 1GB RAM which is exceptionally fast. The new 4.3-inch screen is made from ultra-tough Gorilla Glass ensuring crisp text and bright colour and the 8-megapixel camera has also been updated with bright f/2 aperture and new back-side illuminated sensor capturing HD video at 23fps.
