Apple has made its iOS 4 software upgrade for iPhone and iPod touch available in the UK. Fire up iTunes, click on the Check for Update button for your device, and start downloading it. Once everyone in the US catches on, the process may slow down…
The update is eagerly awaited for the inclusion of major features including multi-tasking for third-party apps, folders to organise your apps, rejigged inbox management and more than 100 other new features. Oh, as a reminder, you’ll need an iPhone 3G or 3GS, or a second or third generation iPod touch to get it. Sorry original iPhone owners, you’re left out. Not every feature will work on the iPhone 3G, mind.

iOS 4 Software Update
This update contains over 100 new features, including the following:
• Multitasking support for third-party apps*
