Jabra Cruiser2: Swanky speakerphone for in-car calls

The original Jabra Cruiser was a rather swanky Bluetooth speakerphone which clipped handily on to the car visor so you could take calls at the wheel without breaking any laws.

The new Cruiser, imaginatively named the Cruiser2, offers all the same useful features – multiple device pairing, FM transmitter for playing mp3s from your phone through the car radio as well as handsfree calls – with a little something extra.

The most exciting addition is Caller ID. The Cruiser 2 will tell you verbally who is calling you and whether it’s their work, home or mobile number (provided you’ve specified that in your contacts). Less excitingly, the Voice Guidance feature helps you set the device up and keeps you posted on battery life and connectivity.

Out now, the Jabra Cruiser2 will set you back £99 from Apple Stores around the UK.
