LG Prada 3.0: what’s in the box video

The LG Prada 3.0 is the third version of LG’s fashion/technology collaboration with Prada and based on specifications alone, looks to be the best yet.

The first Prada phone launched in 2006 – before the Apple iPhone landed and revolutionised the smartphone market. Although it was a feature phone, it was a trailblazer in its own way, as the first phone with a capacitive screen and it went on to shift an impressive 1 million units. The second Prada phone landed in 2008 adding slide-out keyboard.

LG’s waited four years to release the next instalment in the series and it comes with a mouth-watering list of specifications. LG has wisely chosen use Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread (with an Android 4.0 ICS update promised), added a dual-core processor and a generous 4.3-inch screen.

The LG Prada 3.0 has finally arrived in the office. We’ll be bringing you a full review in the next few days, after we’ve played with it and tested, but here’s a quick look at what is in the box.
