Motorola Xoom 2 tablet leaks (again), two tablets revealed

After some pretty grainy shots of the Xoom 2 over the weekend, we wake this morning to find that Engadget have got their mitts on some more telling shots of Motorola’s follow-up to the Motorola Xoom.

Motorola’s Xoom 2 will reportedly come in two flavours: an 8.2-inch model and a bigger brother with an as yet unspecified screen size. According to Engadget’s anonymous tipster, both models will reportedly use 4G in the States, come with 5MP cameras, run Android Honeycomb 3.2 and will slide into the tablet market at just 9.3mm thick.

However, according to Engadget’s source, the Xoom 2 may not be with us for a while, as the tablets are “buggy as all hell, with frequent reboots and crashes.” That probably means what we’re looking at are pretty early pre-production models, but if the tablets in the photo are at all representative of the final build, Sony’s S and P tablets won’t be the only ones taking a left-turn at the Apple school of tablet design.
