No sooner had we made mention of the next Galaxy device (presumable the Samsung Galaxy S3) coming to Vodafone, did O2 get in touch to confirm that they too will be offering up this hotly anticipated device, they also posted an announcement on Twitter which reiterated the news.
Excitement is mounting for the big unveil at Samsung’s Unpacked event in London on May 3rd. Alongside the Samsung Galaxy S2 rumours none of which we can absolutely guarantee as concrete, the event is expected to offer the full lineup of Samsung’s latest mobile devices, many of which previously made an appearance at MWC in February.
For those eager to join in and perhaps get some face time with the latest and greatest from Samsung, their newly launched micro site TheNextGalaxy.com offers potential visitors the chance to register their interest with the possibility of picking up tickets to the London Event. There’s also teaser video with clues to the focus of whatever it is Samsung are cooking up.
With Samsung’s unseen device already scheduled to appear on two leading carriers, it’s only a matter of time before we see some more major networks joining the fray.
