The Nokia 6301 is successor to the extremely popular 6300. The most notable change is the addition of Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the web in Wi-Fi hot spots. Other changes are more cosmetic, such as the keypad’s gold colour backlight and the dark grey plastic details instead of the glossy black ones on the Nokia 6300. Other than that, it’s very similar to its predecessor – a 2-megapixel camera with an 8x digital zoom (still no flash) microSD card slot and support for all of the major audio file formats.
