Today Microsoft Devices announced that the new Nokia Lumia 930, the latest 5-inch flagship from Nokia, will hit the UK on July 17th. EE, Carphone Warehouse and Vodafone (among others) will stock the new mobile, as will major UK retailers, from just £33-a-month.

The first Nokia flagship to feature Windows Phone 8.1, as well as wireless charging and a 20-megapixel camera, rocks a sleek and shiny new design. Nokia’s still all about the colour, though, and you can pick up the Lumia 930 in green and orange as well as black and white (the latter being a Phones 4U exclusive).
Packed inside the Lumia 930 is a nippy Snapdragon 800 processor backed up by 2GB of RAM, and a generous 32GB of storage for your files and apps. There’s a bright HD display to enjoy your movies (4G streaming is supported), and the 20-megapixel snapper should be a winner just like the Lumia 1520‘s and the Lumia 1020‘s. We’re especially impressed by the four separate mics for recording video, for directional audio (cutting out background noise) and surround-sound capture, which add a professional quality to your HD vids.
If you pick up the Lumia 930 from one of the supported carriers in the first two weeks (so before the end of July), you’ll snaffle yourself a special launch pack worth £130. That includes a portable wireless charger, a wireless speaker and a £20 apps voucher. Don’t worry if you miss out, however, as the UK version ships with a wireless charger in the box.
