Samsung Galaxy Ace video review

Not everyone can afford a top-end smartphone like the flagship Samsung Galaxy S2. However phone manufacturers release, this so create wallet-friendly alternatives offering many of the features to their key handsets. The Samsung Galaxy Ace is one such mobile phone.

Running Android 2.2 Froyo, this mid-range handset includes Samsung’s TouchWiz interface with features like Social Feeds for updating your Facebook and Twitter feeds.

It’s appearance is very similar to the original Samsung Galaxy S, with a central control button and touchsensitive menu and back keys.

Powered by an 800Mhz processor, storage is 158Mb and can be expanded using a microSD card up to 32GB. The screen is 3.5-inches and has a rather low 320×480 pixel resolution.

Elsewhere there’s a 5-megapixel camera, which includes an LED flash and range of features including scene modes optimised for different shooting conditions, including a Panorama mode.

So what did we think of this smartphone, is it a viable alternative to the Samsung Galaxy S2? Check out our video review below:
