Samsung Galaxy S3 ROM available for download

A leaked ROM has appeared online with all of the gems you’ll find in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone – including Android 4.0.4 and the devices latest version TouchWiz interface.

SamMobile broke the news, which means that all the yummy Samsung Galaxy S3 features can be installed on your device.

So what comes within the meat of the device, S-voice for starters is Samsung’s Siri equivalent voice-controlled virtual assistant, allowing you to for example launch the camera and shout down your morning alarm call. Also, a Pop Up and Play addition to TouchWiz, which allows users to watch videos while using other features of the device. For example checking email or sending a text message.

You can download the full Galaxy S3 ROM here from XDA Developers, but your phone will need to be rooted, note this is a large 768MB file.  If you’d rather just check out S-Voice you can here, or Uploaded.to Mirror here, or via Dropbox Mirror here.

So now it’s just the hardware we are waiting for now, but Samsung Galaxy S3 is due for release on 30th May and those that have pre-ordered will be able to enjoy the device the night before from 6pm 29th May at Samsung’s brand store in Westfield Stratford City.  Check out our hands-on video with the Samsung Galaxy S3 below:
