Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 release date pushed back to early July

Samsung’s latest, biggest tablet, the Galaxy Tab 10.1, has had its release date pushed back towards early July.

The re-styled, thinner tablet will be available on Vodafone, like we reported earlier this week, but we’ve been told it’s no longer an exclusive release.

Clove has talked to their close Samsung sources, who have told them to expect an early July release rather than late June. Naturally, Clove still have plenty of accessories for you to buy until you get your hands on the devices.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a front-facing 3-megapixel camera, a microSD slot, and will arrive in three different sizes; 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.

It will have the very latest version of Android, Honeycomb (3.0). This is the first developed especially for tablet, and will be powered along by a meaty dual-core 1GHz processor to make sure apps load quickly, and web browsing, gaming and video streaming is as smooth as possible.

We’ll be telling readers as soon as prices and more concrete release dates are revealed.
