A pair of apps designed to work with T-Mobile’s Night In deal with Blockbuster are available to download for iPhones and Android devices.
Both apps allow you to search for the nearest Blockbusters store directly from your phone, and check to see what new titles are available to rent. If you’re not sure about a film or game when you’re in the store, you can scan in the barcodes on the app to read other people’s reviews.
Of course the primary purpose of the app is to provide you with your all important Night In voucher code.
You could still just text ‘NIGHT IN’ to 3000 like normal to get the code, but why bother when you’ve got an app for that? That’s the whole point of smartphones, right?
The apps themselves are free but (surprise) only available to T-Mobile customers. Hit up the link below to download it for your iPhone. There’s no direct download link for the Android app; simply search for ‘night in’ in the Market and it should be the top result.
