Spurs fans spent the weekend in a state of delirium, following their 3-2 victory over fierce rivals Arsenal. So what better time to launch an official iPhone app that aims to get those fans spending money on club products?
The app is free to download, and lets you browse everything that’s being sold on the club’s official Spurs Shop website. That includes kits with names, numbers and badges.
There are zoomable images galore, and the ability to create gift lists for friends and family, to nudge them into getting you what you want for Christmas. Products can also be shared on Facebook and Twitter.
Meanwhile, the app also offers non-product club info, including fixtures, ticket news and on-sale dates, and a channel guide for Spurs matches being shown on TV.
An essential download for any Spurs fan with an iPhone or iPod touch. Possibly not so essential for disappointed Gooners – but then at least they have their own official app.
