If you like your cars to have a somewhat girly element about them, this special edition Citroen DS 3 Cabrio by cosmetic company Benefit might just be the car you’re looking for.
The Citroen DS 3 Cabrio DStyle by Benefit is the fourth special edition to come out of the collaboration. It features design cues from its ‘Stay Flawless’ primer foundation. Nope, we’re not sure what that means either.
What we do know, however, is that it has a folding black fabric roof for basking the cabin in sun at the touch of a button. Fuchsia pink, meanwhile, has been slapped onto the door mirrors and wheel centre caps and there’s unique pink logo on the B-pillars.
Inside are black velour floor mats with fuchsia edging and an embroidered fuchsia Benefit logo. Gloss white on the air vent surrounds, dashboard and gear stick compliment a spot of polka dot patterning on the upper part of the dash.
Extras inherited from the DStyle element of the model include 17-inch Bellone black alloy wheels, automatic air conditioning, automatic headlamps, rain-sensitive wipers, electrically heated and folding door mirrors, interior mood lighting and a central armrest. There’s also Bluetooth and USB connectivity to connect a mobile device.
Under the bonnet of the supermini is a 1.6-litre VTi 120 engine mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Fuel economy is 47.9mpg. 0 to 62mph takes a 9.9 seconds.
Anyone who buys the Citroen DS 3 Cabrio DStyle by Benefit will become the lucky owner of a Benefit beauty bag, which contains some of the – you’ve guessed it ‘Stay Flawless’ primer foundation so you can look your best while cruising around.
The Citroen DS 3 Cabrio DStyle by Benefit is on sale now, priced at £18,745 ─ £1,000 more than the less pink DS 3 Cabrio DStyle.
