UK inventor Craig Rothwell, a member of the OpenPandora team and creator of the iControlPad, is upset about an Apple patent brought to light by Patently Apple. It seems that Apple’s gaming accessory patent is very similar to Rothwell’s iControlPad. According to Rothwell’s tweets, he’s convinced that Apple has patented his design and has contacted his IP attorney.
